Directions:
1. Using the recommended traditional small brass coffee pot, or "Briki", measure one cup of water for every one cup of demitasse coffee desired.
2. Heat until lukewarm.
3. Add one heaping teaspoon of Venizelos Coffee per cup; with sugar as desired.
4. Bring to boil over low flame until foam is formed.
5. Pour off coffee into demitasse cups, dividing foam evenly among friends.
